Ping Dynasty Cider Brewing Co. was established in 2017 by cider enthusiasts in Beijing who share the love for cider. Ping Dynasty uses fresh, high-quality Fuji apples picked directly from a specially-chosen orchard in the province of Shandong, China.

 

Our ciders are made from 100% pure apple juice and champagne yeast, a recipe that originates from Europe several thousand years ago. Today, the light and refreshing taste of cider is popular all over the world. Cider is often served over ice in a glass, and can also be paired with many food dishes such as pork belly or roast chicken.

Crisp Apple Cider | 4.5% ABV
Made from red fuji apples and pear fermented with champagne yeast and the finest water from Thousand Island Lake. Each sip is crisp and fresh, with hints of pear and toffee apple. The flavor profile has been developed especially for the Chinese palette, whilst respecting the texture of traditional European apple cider.

Dry Mulberry Cider | 5.5% ABV
Made from red fuji apples and mulberry fermented with champagne yeast and the finest water from Thousand Island Lake. An ode to the ancient silk road times with Chinese mulberry fruits mixed into the brewing process. This is a slightly stronger, harder drink for those that like their cider dry.

Sweet Yangmei Cider | 4.5% ABV
Made from red fuji apples and yangmei fermented with champagne yeast and the finest water from Thousand Island Lake. Chinese yangmei fruits whilst fleshy and sweet, have a tart taste profile. This creates a unique cider with an initial flavorful burst of sweetness, balanced by a slightly tart aftertaste.
